Serena Williams ended her professional tennis career in September 2022, playing her final official match on September 2 in the third round of the US Open against Australia's Ajla Tomljanovic, who won 7-5, 6-7 (4), 6-1.

However, on multiple occasions, she has made it clear that despite retiring, tennis remains a part of her life, not as a challenge, but as a sport she chooses to engage with every day.

A new life beyond professional tennis

In a recent Instagram reel, that choice became evident once again. In the video, Serena can be seen on a court while her daughters, Adira and Olympia, practice tennis, guided by someone else during the session. Although she isn't playing directly with them, Williams appeared nearby, showing that the sport that defined her life is now also a part of the family environment she has built.

Additionally, recent posts have also shown a more intimate side of Serena as a mother, interested in teaching her daughters to face their own fears and challenges from a young age.

As a result, on Instagram Stories, Olympia appeared in some of the day's most spontaneous moments at an amusement park.

The little girl dared to go on different rides with Williams, and although there were plenty of screams and nerves, they managed to overcome every fear.

All of this together reflects who Serena Williams is today, away from competitions and professional challenges, making it clear that she still maintains the same essence that took her to the top.
