There is no doubt that the New York Giants are one of the most successful franchises in NFL history, with four Super Bowl titles. However, since winning their last Vince Lombardi Trophy in 2012, the franchise has gone through difficult and painful times for its fans. Since then, they have only made the playoffs twice: in 2016 and 2022.

In 2022, the Giants, led by Daniel Jones, reached the playoffs and won the Wild Card game against the Minnesota Vikings. It seemed like the team was turning a corner, but in 2023 the franchise quickly went off the rails again. The 2024 season was also disastrous, and while the results in 2025 were similar, there was one positive takeaway: the emergence of Jaxson Dart.

The Giants selected Jaxson Dart in the first round, with the 25th overall pick, after a trade with the Houston Texans. Although there was criticism-since many believed he was a second- or third-round talent-the rookie was impressive from the moment he took over as the starter in Week 4, making it clear that if the Draft were held again, he might have been the No. 1 overall pick.

Dr. Jesse Morse is impressed with Jaxson Dart

Dr. Jesse Morse, a medical analyst specializing in sports injuries and widely known for explaining what happens to players when they get hurt, has gained major traction on social media. Beyond that, he is a passionate football fan and has shown his admiration for New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart.

There has been debate about the risks Dart takes due to the hits he absorbs, an issue that caught up to him in Week 10, when he suffered a concussion against the Chicago Bears and missed a couple of games. Despite that, Dart returned and did not change his playing style.

Jesse Morse recently shared his thoughts on Jaxson Dart on social media, and fortunately it was not about an injury, but about his outstanding statistics. The doctor revealed that Dart finished as the QB14 in Fantasy Football, despite starting only 12 games.

Jaxson Dart's best Fantasy Football week came in Week 7 against the Denver Broncos, when he totaled four touchdowns and 28.42 fantasy points. Even so, it was a painful afternoon for the Giants, as they suffered a stunning comeback by the Broncos. At one point, New York held a 19-0 lead at the end of the third quarter, yet still ended up losing the game.
