Deion Sanders has always been a larger-than-life figure in football but now his influence extends to the youngest member of his family, as Deiondra Sanders highlights how her son has already started embracing lessons from his legendary grandfather.
Coach Prime became a grandfather on his birthday back in August, as he turned 57, and since then he's been learning a new style of raising a youngster by taking more of a back seat; although he keeps an influential role.
So, on Saturday March 1, fans were delighted with a heartwarming video when Deiondra posted her son, Snow, crawling and explained that his movements were inspired by his granddad's teachings.
"@DeionSanders he been trying ever since you taught him," Deiondra said, crediting the Colorado Buffaloes' head coach for guiding the toddler's progress, writing on her Instagram story.
A Special Connection: Snow and Coach Prime Share More Than a Name
The update comes as Deiondra has recently begun sharing more images and videos of Snow, previously choosing to keep his face hidden from the public, as the family becomes increasingly comfortable.
However, since unveiling him, fans have noticed the uncanny resemblance between Snow and his grandfather, further solidifying the strong bond they share going even further beyond common blood.
Snow's connection to his grandfather runs deeper than just family ties thanks to their shared birthday, making their bond even more special despite Coach Prime's demanding schedule as the boss of the Buffaloes.
Before Valentine's Day, Deion Sanders took to Instagram to share a heartfelt post celebrating Snow and expressing gratitude for his growing family.
"I'm so Blessed it's impossible to be stressed," Sanders wrote online. "Lord I thank u for the gift of life and the Peace to enjoy the life you've afforded me.
