It is no secret that a key to Deion Sanders' success as the Colorado Buffaloes' head coach is his unique ability to forge tight bonds with his players. As a Pro Football Hall of Fame inductee, Sanders knows his words carry a certain gravitas, and that his players -- including his son and star quarterback Shedeur Sanders -- will listen when he speaks.

Coach Prime's talent for connecting with his players is a big reason why #18 Colorado is 7-2 and competing for the Big 12 Conference championship. The social media-savvy Sanders also monitors and chimes in on his players' posts -- up to and including the fiancee of Travis Hunter, Colorado's two-way star.

Hunter and fiancee Leanna Lenee are planning a lavish wedding for May 2025, as Hunter himself confirmed to Shedeur Sanders. To celebrate Hunter's contribution to Colorado's 41-27 win at Texas Tech on Saturday, Lenee took to Instagram to show off a custom-made denim jacket adorned with an image of Hunter in his white #12 Colorado jersey.

Not only did Coach Prime see the photo; he commented too, likening himself to a character from the 1991 film "The Five Heartbeats" in terms of the outfit he plans to wear to the wedding.

"I'm coming to the wedding like Eddie Kane on the 5 heartbeats with Travis youth football jerseys on," Coach Prime wrote.

The wedding is set for May 24 in Chattanooga, Tennessee -- about a month after Hunter learns which team will select him the 2025 NFL Draft. Hunter, who has starred for Colorado at cornerback as well as wide receiver, is expected to be one of the first players selected in the first round, and he could even go #1 overall -- which would set quite the stage for his wedding to Lenee.
