Netflix to air BTS' first concert in almost four years

This 2026 is a very special year for all fans of the world of BTS, the most listened to K-pop band that has broken several records in recent years. The South Korean artists will return to the stage in March, after almost four years of hiatus in which its members were forced to comply with military service in the Asian country.

"The septet returns to the stage in a highly anticipated way to perform live worldwide on Netflix, included in all plans," announced the streaming platform, which will offer the historic event on March 21

The concert will take place in Gwanghwamun Square, located right in front of Gyeongbokgung Palace in Seoul. It will be just one day after their new album, entitled 'Arirang', goes on sale around the world, according to EFE

BTS in Spain and the documentary about their return

This is BTS' return after 'Proof' took the world by storm in 2022, and the concert will be the starting point of a world tour that will kick off on April 9 and will take the band to points around the world, including Spain. They will perform on June 26 and 27 in the country's capital, Madrid, in two performances that will have the same stage: the Riyadh Air Metropolitano, the home of Atletico Madrid.

Likewise, Netflix will also offer another documentary about BTS. On March 27, it will premiere the project 'BTS: THE RETURN', which will take as its starting point the separation of the band due to compulsory military service, the gradual reunion of the members, the start-up of the new album and the weeks leading up to the preparations for their world tour and their aforementioned concert on March 21.
